Jean Gorman
Born in England, Jean has lived most of her working life in New Zealand. She enjoyed wandering around Europe a good deal in her far-from-misspent youth. She has worked in intensive care in a hospital, made a home in an ancient Welsh school and served as a physics teacher, all grist to the writing mill. A graduate of London, Surrey and Massey Universities, she now writes full time from home in an olive grove in New Zealand.
Jean's novels, The Lionheart Chronicles, are epic adventures of King Richard the Lionheart's reign. The history and medieval settings are authentic, the stories tense and romantic with a twist of humour. Listen here to Jean's interview on the Top Writers Radio Show on Fresh FM in June 2016. |
