A writer and poet based in Blenheim, Carol's various careers have included sustainable small business development in New Zealand, and audiometry in Australia, writing myriad policies, procedures, strategic business plans, professional development workshops, articles, reports, reports and more reports.
Outside hours she wrote poems and creative fiction. Recently relocated from Darwin to Blenheim, she is now free of report writing to work on her first poetry collection. She has been published in several local and international magazines and anthologies, been a finalist in several writing competitions where she continues to bravely wave the flag of aspiration. When she’s not badgering words, she is reading them, gardening, hiking, working in creative fibres and messing about in boats. |
