The Top of the South Branch of the New Zealand Society of Authors

Robyn Prokop

Robyn Prokop writes fantasy and children's storybooks. Living in Redwood Valley, her writing day is interspersed with such events as chasing chickens out of gardens, growing vegetables, or planting flowers for bees.

In her past life as a school principal and teacher of English, History, Media, Classics and Philosophy, Robyn has lived and taught in Brisbane, Singapore and Melbourne. Her writing is informed by her teaching career and postgraduate studies in literary theory, with inspiration drawn from her travels and the stunning New Zealand environment.
